Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (À CE SOIR GmbH, Kapitän-König-Weg 4, 28355 Bremen, E-Mail: support@acesoir.com) of your decision by sending an unambiguous statement (e.g., by e-mail).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you (with the exception of shipping costs) immediately and no later than fourteen days after receipt of your withdrawal notice.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment.

You must return the goods to us immediately and no later than fourteen days after your withdrawal.

Return Conditions

The goods must be returned unused, unworn, and in perfect condition.

Return shipment without original packaging is possible; however, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount for diminished value.

Return Shipping Costs

The direct costs of return shipment are borne by the customer, unless the goods are defective or damaged.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
